The Firm — Lead Eloquence
The spoken word is a strategic asset.
At the highest levels of responsibility, every time you speak, your reputation, your position and your authority are at stake.
Yet executive communication remains one of the most neglected dimensions of leadership development.
Clarity, presence and impact cannot be improvised. They are built.
The firm works confidentially and on a bespoke basis with executives and leadership teams operating in high-exposure environments: boards, international conferences, strategic negotiations, courtroom advocacy and public statements.
Every engagement is built around a real context, a precise objective and a commitment to results.
THE FOUNDER

Founder — Mathilde Boju
Strategic communication consultant — Executive leadership & decisive speaking
Turning a complex vision into clear, embodied and persuasive speech: speech that wins support and steers decisions before demanding audiences.
Mathilde Boju did not study public speaking before practicing it.
At fourteen, facing legal proceedings, she discovered what would become central to her work: words can change a trajectory when they are delivered with enough clarity, presence and conviction.
This was the starting point for in-depth work on the mechanics of persuasion, influence and decision-making.
Legal professional, professional actress, business developer and then university lecturer, she developed an approach at the intersection of advocacy, stage presence and executive leadership.
In 2019, she advised her first client, a laureate of the Conférence des Avocats du Barreau de Paris, the Paris Bar's prestigious oratory competition.
Lead Eloquence was founded.
Since then, more than 1,500 people have been advised, one-to-one and in groups: executives, lawyers, political leaders, experts and leadership teams, in Paris, Madrid, New York and Dubai.
The firm also contributes to media, conferences and forums on leadership and strategic communication.
