Mathilde Boju practiced it before theorizing it — at 14, in court, facing an eloquent opponent and an audience that didn't believe her. Years of legal proceedings later, she won her case and gained a certainty: speaking out can change a life's trajectory.
Starting from the groundwork of in-depth work on the mechanisms of persuasion, presence, and decision-making, Mathilde developed a passion for the neuroscience of influence and communication. She has worked as a lawyer, then as a professional actress, business developer, and lecturer.

In 2019, she supported her first client, a winner of the Paris Bar Association's Conference of Lawyers — one of the most selective competitions in France. Lead Eloquence was founded.
