Mathilde Boju did not study public speaking before practicing it.
At 14, faced with legal proceedings, she discovered a reality that would become central to her work: words can change a trajectory when they are delivered with sufficient clarity, presence, and conviction.
Starting point for in-depth work on the mechanisms of persuasion, influence and decision-making.
A lawyer, professional actress, business developer and then lecturer, she developed an approach at the intersection of advocacy, stage presence and executive leadership.
In 2019, she assisted her first client, a winner of the Paris Bar Association's Conference of Lawyers.
Lead Eloquence was founded.
Since then, more than 1,500 executives, lawyers, politicians and management teams have been supported in Paris, Madrid, New York and Dubai.
